  • Investor Registry Oversight: Oversee investment information registry, ensuring all application and redemption data is accurate and compliant.
  • System Automation & Development: Lead initiatives to automate manual workflows and improve data visualisation using VBA, Python, or Power BI.
  • Credit Analysis & Reporting: Assist in drafting performance reports, compliance reports, investment committee papers and any other applicable materials.
  • Transaction Support: Provide analytical support during deal execution, including modelling and covenant monitoring.

About You

  • The ideal candidate will have a quantitative background and a strong knowledge of financial markets.
  • Tertiary education in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Funds Management, Investment Management, or Capital Markets.
  • Deep technical understanding of financial statement analysis and sophisticated credit structures.
  • Advanced Excel skills. Practical proficiency in VBA, Python or other coding languages will be highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage competing deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate performance data into concise, professional reports for senior management and investors.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, whilst being able to work effectively in a close-knit, high performing team.
