I am working with a leading global boutique in Sydney whom are seeking an IB Analyst.
Candidates with M&A or lead Advisory experience will be considered. Financial modelling skills are essential. Strong academics are a must.
Role
The tasks will be undertaken across a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, takeovers, mergers, divestments, capital raisings, and restructurings. The work will involve domestic and global deals.
- Actively participating in transaction teams
- Preparing valuation materials, including trading and transaction comparables analysis
- Building detailed financial models
- Maintenance of key sector information and databases
- Preparing pitch materials
- Analytical research
- Undertaking business development initiatives
- Liaising with and working effectively with other teams and overseas offices
