- Lead and manage the successful delivery of technology projects within the public sector.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Coordinate resources and manage timelines to meet project milestones.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver reports on project progress to senior management.
- Ensure projects comply with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
A successful Project Delivery Manager should have:
- Ideally around 10+ years experience in an Application Delivery role
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with experience engaging at the Exec Level
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Some level of experience and understanding across GRC frameworks
- Experience working in or with public sector organisations is highly regarded.
