Requirements:
A successful Business Development Manager - HVAC should have:
- Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within the HVAC or DC sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.
- Tertiary education in Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- A valid driver's licence.
