Description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Develop detailed documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss project requirements and progress.
- Work closely with the Technology team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide support during the implementation of system changes and enhancements.
- Analyse data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
Requirements:
A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
- Over 7 years' experience in a Senior Technical Business Analyst or equivalent role
- Proven experience in eCommerce retail and/or integrating order management systems
- Skilled in backend systems that support customer-facing applications
- Strong knowledge of API specifications, integration patterns, data mapping, and payload design
- Experienced collaborating with technical teams and producing clear technical requirements
- Able to deliver effectively in complex, time-sensitive project environments
- Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging senior technical stakeholders
