For this role, we will consider how well you demonstrate:
- Experience in a data-intensive environment, including the planning, development and implementation of data and analytic products and solutions.
- Strong technical skills:
- Experience in creating, manipulating and visualising complex datasets on a range of platforms (e.g. SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, R, SAS, Python)
- Experience delivering and maintaining an Azure Analytics platform services (e.g. Azure Synapse, Data Factory)
- Experience in data warehouse management
- Proven experience leading technical delivery teams, offering strategic leadership, hands-on technical guidance, and operational support to ensure the successful and timely delivery of high-quality data and analytics solutions.
- Excellent agile project management skills, including the ability to prepare business cases, project plans, monitor project timelines and deliverables, and monitor outcomes.
- Analytical and insightful writing skills, including the ability to prepare quality reports, visualisations and other outputs in a timely manner.
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage with technical and less technical audiences.
