- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Assist with an upcoming office move, including coordination and logistics
- Coordinate internal events and team activities
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and timeliness
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics
- Support presentation creation using Canva and PowerPoint
- Provide light calendar management support
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases
- Order and manage office and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, organised, and efficient office environment
Requirements:
A successful Office Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role within business services.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
