Description:
Reporting to the HR Manager you will support with the recruitment of casual pool, and permanent employees. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Proactively source and engage with potential candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Provide support and advice on recruitment best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Promote the organisation's mission and values to attract candidates aligned with their goals.
Requirements:
A successful Part Time Recruiter should have:
- You will have a strong recruitment track record. A mix of casual and permanent recruitment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outcome focused.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.
