The Research Support Assistant (Research Contracts) provides high-quality administrative and operational support for research contract activities across Research Development and Support (RDS) and the University’s Colleges. Working within the Research Contracts Team, this role supports the processing and coordination of research contracts, contributes to research data integrity and reporting, and helps maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders to support Flinders research activity.
In this position, you will also:
Provide administrative support to the Manager, Research Contracts and Senior Research Contracts Officer across contract-related services Assist with the processing and coordination of research contracts and associated documentation Maintain and update research management systems and contract databases, supporting data integrity and accurate record keeping Contribute to research data capture, reporting and workflow monitoring across research contract systemsAbout You

You bring sound judgement, reliability and a collaborative approach to your work, and are comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured, process-driven environment. You communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders and contribute positively to a team culture focused on accuracy, responsiveness and continuous improvement.
In addition, you will:
Demonstrated administrative experience in a complex organisational environment Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, applying sound judgement across varied administrative matters Strong computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications and database systems Experience using university administrative and research management systems (desirable)About the Office of Graduate Research:
The Office of Graduate Research supports excellence in higher degree research across Flinders University.
