Description:

  • Use strong stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate across multiple business areas and project teams to support program/project objectives.
  • Leveraging your knowledge of governance processes and committee operations across the project
  • You will be required to draft quality correspondence, reports, briefs and papers to facilitate accurate and timely decision making.
  • Be comfortable in interpreting policy and procedural requirements to maintain accurate and timely administrative and financial records.



Requirements:

A successful AO5 Project Advisor should have:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or advisory roles in the public sector.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills collaborating across multiple business areas and project teams to support program/project objectives.
  • Knowledge of governance processes
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in drafting quality correspondence, reports, briefs and papers to facilitate accurate and timely decision making.
  • Ability to interpret policy and procedural requirements

Conditions:

  • Hourly rate of $69.21
