About The Role
Located in the Sydney City Fringe, this role offers the chance to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape and deliver impactful HR strategies. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience, driving operational excellence, and supporting the business through its next chapter of growth.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop and implement HR frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives
- Manage performance, employee relations, and offboarding processes
- Provide trusted HR advice to leaders and teams
- Optimise HRIS systems and improve operational workflows
- Drive strategic HR projects that support long-term business goals
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in a broad HR Generalist role
- Experience working in a B2C organisation - ideally retail, or FMCG
- Experience within an SME environment is essential
- A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, especially with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
