Requirements:
- Strong experience in as‑is process mapping with BPMN or similar methodologies.
- Confident communicator who can engage comfortably with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Detail‑driven, analytical thinker with structured problem‑solving skills.
- Experienced in running workshops, clarifying processes, and validating findings.
- Familiar with documentation tools (e.g., Visio) and common business analysis practices.
