Description:
Responsibilities / Critical Deliverables1. Delivery Execution & Coordination
- Maintain integrated delivery plans, milestone trackers, and dependencies. Track and drive closure of actions, issues, risks, and decisions across multiple stakeholders, proactively following up to ensure delivery momentum is maintained.
2. Governance & Control Artefacts
- Prepare weekly delivery status packs (schedule, RAID, dependencies, decision needs). Maintain RAID and decision logs with clear ownership, due dates, and escalation triggers, ensuring artefacts are governance‑ready and audit‑safe.
3. Facilitation & Meeting Outcomes
- Facilitate delivery forums and workshops as required. Produce agendas, pre‑reads, meeting minutes, actions, and decision records, with concise outcome summaries and clarity on next steps.
4 Analysis, Definition & Decision Support
- Develop initiative briefs, problem statements, scope definitions, requirements (functional and non‑functional), impacts assessment and options/decision papers, including impacts, risks, and recommendations aligned to governance timeframes.
5. Cutover & Readiness Support
- Support implementation and cutover readiness through development of readiness checklists, cutover plans/runbooks, stakeholder readiness tracking, and coordination of communications and enablement activities through go‑live.
Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years' experience supporting complex program or project delivery in technology and/or operational environments.
Specific Skills:
1. Delivery & Execution Discipline
- Demonstrated ability to independently progress work from high‑level direction, manage dependencies, and drive follow‑through across multiple stakeholders.
2. Facilitation & Stakeholder Management
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to keep groups focused, manage differing perspectives, and achieve clear, documented outcomes.
3. Governance‑Ready Documentation
- Exceptional written communication skills with experience producing high‑quality artefacts such as status packs, RAID logs, decision papers, requirements, and cutover readiness documentation.
4. Analytical & Structured Thinking
- Ability to take ambiguous inputs and structure them into clear plans, artefacts, and decision pathways suitable for senior and governance audiences.
5. Cutover & Readiness Awareness
- Experience supporting implementation, cutover, or operational readiness activities, including risk, dependency, and stakeholder readiness management.
