  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Assist with procurement processes and manage resources effectively.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.

Requirements:

A successful Project Coordinator should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in coordinating construction projects.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in the industry.
