Requirements:
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the HVAC/ Automation & Instrumentation sector.
- Strong understanding of the HVAC/ Automation & Instrumentation market and its dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving client needs.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
