Description:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
  • Provide clients with expert advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows in Sydney and interstate.

Requirements:

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the HVAC/ Automation & Instrumentation sector.
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC/ Automation & Instrumentation market and its dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving client needs.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.

Conditions:

  • Competitive salary package between AUD 105000 and AUD 110000.
  • Superannuation and potential car allowance.
