The role

We’re now looking for a Part-time Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and provide strategic financial insights that support decision-making across the business. This role is responsible for driving accurate management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, while fostering collaboration across functions and with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support and enhance the company’s budgeting and forecasting process
  • Produce insightful reports, analyse trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leaders
  • Partner with department leaders to align KPIs and financial targets with operational goals
  • Enhance financial models and Power BI dashboards, driving automation and consistent reporting in partnership with systems teams.
  • Identify opportunities and execute change to improve financial processes and systems
  • Assistance
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal control
  • Ad hoc finance team support

Who You Are

  • Qualified CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Proven experience in developing and managing financial models to drive strategic and commercial decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting analysis
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain operations
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Must be available to report to work 3 days a week
