The role
We’re now looking for a Part-time Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and provide strategic financial insights that support decision-making across the business. This role is responsible for driving accurate management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, while fostering collaboration across functions and with senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and enhance the company’s budgeting and forecasting process
- Produce insightful reports, analyse trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leaders
- Partner with department leaders to align KPIs and financial targets with operational goals
- Enhance financial models and Power BI dashboards, driving automation and consistent reporting in partnership with systems teams.
- Identify opportunities and execute change to improve financial processes and systems

- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal control
- Ad hoc finance team support
- Qualified CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Proven experience in developing and managing financial models to drive strategic and commercial decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting analysis
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain operations
- Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation, automation, and emerging technologies
- Must be available to report to work 3 days a week
