Description:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
- Consolidate results from multiple entities and regions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations (US GAAP, IFRS).
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance and variances.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise financial processes, particularly Commercial Managers to develop CAPEX plan and reporting
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CA.
- Exceptional attention to detail - the single most important requirement for success.
- Strong background in audit or technical accounting, ideally from Big 4 or mid‑tier.
- Experience working in complex, multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments.
- Hands‑on experience with manual consolidations in Excel.
- SAP experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, AASB, US GAAP.
- Proven ability to work under strict month‑end deadlines (2-3 day close).
