This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Brisbane Area for a Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily onsite activities, ensure construction projects meet quality and safety standards, and manage on-ground teams to maintain timely project delivery. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with stakeholders, and reporting project progress to management. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency while maintaining superior standards of workmanship and safety.
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision
- Effective Communication and collaboration skills for team management and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and regulations
- Hands-on expertise in quality control and problem-solving in construction projects
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field are highly preferred
- Proficiency with project management software and tools is a plus
- Previous experience in disaster recovery or accessible construction projects is an advantage
