As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Hospitality Marketing Coordinator to help drive visibility, foot traffic and engagement across our F&B outlets - with a strong focus on social media and venue activation.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, social-first role suited to someone creative, organised, and confident executing marketing activity across multiple venues.
A key focus of this role will be supporting our food & beverage outlets - promoting events, launches and seasonal campaigns, designing collateral, and ensuring our venues show up strongly across digital channels. You’ll manage Drifter’s social media presence, coordinate event promotion across properties, and produce marketing materials that drive foot traffic, bookings and brand awareness.
This role balances planning with execution - from building content calendars to designing assets, coordinating shoots, managing digital channels, and reporting on results.
You’ll be based in Sydney with hybrid flexibility (a mix of office and work-from-home days).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and executing social media activity
- Developing content and event marketing calendars for each venue
- Promoting F&B events, launches and campaigns across digital platforms
- Designing marketing collateral (posters, menus, eDMs, digital assets, in-house signage)
- Coordinating and attending content shoots
- Updating venue websites (Squarespace)
- Managing regular eDM and SMS communications by outlet
- Engaging with online communities and responding to enquiries
- Assisting with digital media buys (Meta Ads / Google Ads preferred)
- Tracking performance and preparing regular reports on key metrics
- Working closely with venue leaders and operations teams to ensure marketing aligns with on-ground activity
You’re creative, proactive, and comfortable managing both social media and venue-based marketing activity. You understand that hospitality marketing is fast-moving and connected to what’s happening on the floor.
You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, social media or content roles
- Strong hands-on social media management experience
- Graphic design capability (Canva, Adobe or similar)
- Confident copywriting skills across different platforms and tones
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- An interest in food, events and hospitality culture
- A strong eye for brand consistency and visual storytelling
- A practical, get-it-done mindset
- Comfort working in a growing business where priorities evolve
