Description:
The Organisation
Our client is a purpose-led social enterprise combining commercial discipline with a genuine commitment to social impact. Through an entrepreneurial mindset and innovative operating model, the organisation delivers high-quality hospitality experiences while creating meaningful employment pathways and sustainable community outcomes.

This is a rare opportunity to combine senior operational leadership with purpose — helping grow a high-impact organisation while maintaining exceptional service standards and a strong, values-led culture.
Please note that the remuneration for this role is competitive within the not-for-profit sector, however, may not align with corporate-level salary expectations.
