Marketing Coordinator & Content C reator (Full Time Remote or Hybrid) – AU WIDE
Are you a self-starter who lives, breathes, and sleeps socials? If so, you've found the right job. We're looking for a TikTok-obsessed marketing mind to join the team, who is passionate about ecommerce, beauty, and all things marketing / social media.
You will play a critical role in developing and executing our marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, community engagement and drive revenue. This includes:
Content Creation: (60%)
- End-to-end content creation and production - concept, shoot, and edit compelling short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that aligns with current trends and our brand voice including planning shoot locations, scripting, sourcing props/talent.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Research and ideate high converting ads we can create in both photo and video format
- Strategise and plan our social media + content strategy to build community and drive engagement
Marketing Strategy & Coordination: (40%)
- Collaboratively work together with the team to provide approvals, feedback, and adjustments to content sent in for our daily IG stories, emails, feed graphics, and feed plans from our marketing assistant + designers.
- Strategise our influencer outreach program so that we can receive the type of content that we want for our socials + ads
- Plan out strategic promotions and campaigns for our marketing calendar and communicate these ideas with the team to implement on the website/socials
- Brand partnerships: Reach out and coordinate brand partnerships such as giveaways, gift with purchases, or other brand collaborations (Aim for 1 per month)
- Video editing: Edit content from shoots and our creators to use for socials + ads
- Emails: Work together with our graphic designer + marketing assistant to implement high converting email campaigns.
- Assist with shoots: Moodboard, plan and coordinate shoots and help with the shooting on-site
About you:
- 1+ years in social/marketing (agency, in-house, creator/influencer - any is fine if youʼve done the work)
- Strong understanding of social culture
- Organised, proactive, clear communicator
- A proactive curious mindset - you donʼt wait to take action only once told
- Not camera-shy (on or behind camera)
