We’re partnering with a global, data-led financial technology business to hire a mid-level Data Analyst into a high-impact Marketing & Growth team.
This role sits close to decision-making. You’ll be working with real customer data, real scale, and stakeholders who care about insight…not just outputs.

What you’ll be doing
- Writing strong SQL across multiple data sources
- Analysing customer behaviour, funnels, and performance metrics
- Building and owning dashboards in Looker / Power BI
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Partnering with Marketing, Product, Sales & Finance teams
- Helping teams make better decisions, faster
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst (not a grad role)
- Confident SQL skills — real-world datasets, joins, transformations
- Experience with Google Analytics and performance metrics
- BI tooling experience (Looker / Looker Studio / Power BI)
- Strong Excel and working knowledge of Python or R
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have (not essential):
- Experience in regulated, high-volume, or customer-led digital environments
- Exposure to financial services, platforms, or marketplaces
