Description:
- Lead, coach and develop a national sales team, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and a collaborative culture
- Manage key customer relationships across major accounts, with a strong focus on growth, retention, and solution selling
- Identify new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets, positioning Chemetall's surface finishing technologies effectively
- Shape and implement marketing and commercial strategies to support revenue and margin growth
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders across technical, operations and leadership teams to ensure strong alignment and customer satisfaction
- Travel nationally as required to support team activities, attend meetings, visit customers and represent the business across key industry events
Requirements:
- Proven sales management experience, with the ability to lead, influence and motivate a team
- A strong track record in key account management and business development within the chemical industry or closely related technical sectors
- A chemical background, either through formal education or substantial practical experience
- A driven, commercially-minded approach, with the ability to build positive internal relationships and hold teams accountable
- Residency in Australia, with flexibility to travel nationally
