- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
Requirements:
A successful lead recruiter should have:
- Proven expertise in recruitment, preferably within the medical, dental or veterinary sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach with a focus on achieving results.
