Description:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

Requirements:

A successful lead recruiter should have:

  • Proven expertise in recruitment, preferably within the medical, dental or veterinary sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on achieving results.

Conditions:

  • Attractive salary package between AUD 108,000 and AUD 132,000 package.
  • Permanent, full-time position in South Melbourne.
