- Provide administrative, secretarial & strategic support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, email inbox and daily priorities
- Prepare, draft, proofread, and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate executive meetings, including preparation of materials and agendas
- Attend meetings as required (including occasional travel), taking accurate minutes, assigning and following up key actions.
- Undertake general financial administration, including invoice processing and reconciliation of the CEO’s expenses
- Responsible for national and international travel arrangements for the CEO, and other employees as required.
- Organise and coordinate corporate small and large-scale events as directed by the CEO
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables and tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally within construction, or fast-paced corporate environments
- Highly organised with clear, confident, professional written and verbal communication
- Proactive approach with constant improvement in mind and the ability to anticipate needs
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Have a positive, engaging personality that contributes to the company’s culture
