Specializing in classical architecture, the company provides services in sandstone façade restoration, carving, stone fixing, pointing, and overall heritage building restoration in Sydney. We have a strong pipeline of work ahead and looking for a qualified Contract Administrator to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Administrator located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, and providing regular project updates to ensure accurate and timely delivery as per agreed terms.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years Construction experience in Australia
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, terms, and project requirements
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Experience in Procurement processes and systems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with construction or heritage restoration-related contracts is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
