As Manager, Talent And Workforce Services, You Will Lead High Impact Projects And Provide Trusted, Strategic Advice On Talent Management Challenges Affecting Agencies Across The Sector. You Will Specialise In Either
- Workforce planning: analysing workforce and employee data, identifying risks and trends, and building agency capability in planning and organisational change.
- Talent management: leading attraction and retention strategies, employment branding and talent pipelines.
