What does the job look like
Working in an existing team, you are the first point of call from internal and external customers that require assistance. Key areas:
- Offer high level customer service over the phone
- Understand customer enquiries and provide assistance
- Set up new customers and create new accounts for existing customers
- Create loyal relationships with internal and external customers to retain accounts and develop and maintain positive working relationship
- Ensure the system is updated with all communication

You are an excellent communicator, someone that listens and responds well. You can demonstrate:
- Proven customer service experience and focus
- Solution orientated attitude
- Natural flair to build relationships and influence outcomes
- Able to multitask and prioritise in high pressure situations
- Intermediate computer skills
