Customer Service Representatives for a leading retailer. This work is based at their WA Distribution Centre and involves weekend work (penalties apply) please see below shift requirements:
Thursday to Monday 6am to 2pm
Thursday to Monday 10am to 6pm
Saturday to Wednesday 10am to 6pm
Are you a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our clients dynamic logistics team and play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making 100-150 outbound calls daily to confirm customer addresses and delivery details.
- Accurately entering data into the CRM system with a strong customer-first approach.
- Performing tasks with a high level of attention to detail in a high-volume, time-sensitive setting.
- Visiting the warehouse as needed to match product or scan items using an RF scanner .
- Verifying stock on the floor against customer invoices/orders.
- Assisting with basic transport planning , including driver allocation and scheduling.
- Supporting the coordination of staging lanes to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

- You're confident on the phone and can handle a high volume of calls with professionalism.
- You are a driven energetic individual that can work weekends
- You're tech-savvy , especially with data entry and CRM platforms.
- You're comfortable working between the office and warehouse .
- You bring a proactive, can-do attitude and enjoy collaborating across departments.
- You are a team player
