Job Description

Title: Cook Occupation: Cook Salary: $76,515.00 plus super Hours: 38 hours / Full time Trading Name: Hunky Dory (Port Melbourne) Employer: Hunky Dory (Port Melbourne) Location: Port Melbourne, VIC 3205 Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties:

  • preparing and cooking food
  • monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
  • discussing food preparation issues with Managers and wait staff
  • explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
  • freeze and preserve foods
