Administration Officer: Training Services

The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Officer to specifically support our Participants and trainers in our busy Training Division (RTO) at Hindmarsh along with other service delivery sites. You will work alongside a team of professionals as well as with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the training we deliver meets Organisational and RTO administration requirements.
General duties include (but not limited to):

Accurately manage student data in our student and learner management systems

Efficiently process Participant referrals and enrolments
-
Effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate training
-
Collaboratively work with trainers, assessors and other administrators to achieve contractual outcomes
-
Complete accurate data entry, reporting, and certification processing in line with RTO requirements
-
Process financial claims
-
Audit records for quality assurance and compliance with RTO standards and contracts
-
Assist with reception duties, marketing activities, and stakeholder engagement as needed

Confidently promote our training services
To be successful at this role, you will have:
-
Experience working within an RTO (highly desirable)
-
High attention to detail and outstanding time management
-
Effective communication, with the ability connect with people from all backgrounds
-
Strong administration and data entry experience
-
Experience working within a busy, fast-paced office environment
-
Knowledge of Government (federal or state) funded training programs and employment services
