We are looking for an experience Business Development Manager to to join the team. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers and generating leads to expand our client base.The role will work closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to achieve the sales goals.
Your Responsibilities will include:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and hospitality sectorDevelop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referralsCreate and deliver compelling offers tailored to client needs and event objectivesCollaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and strategies to attract target clientsAttend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to generate leadsPrepare proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring alignment with client expectationsTrack sales performance and report regularly on targets, forecasts, and KPIsWork closely with operations and event planning teams to ensure seamless event deliveryConduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offeringsManage CRM tools to maintain accurate records of prospects, communications, and sales activity
Your skills:Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record of closing high-value deals, upselling services, and negotiating win-win outcomesSolution Selling: Skilled at identifying client needs and crafting tailored event solutions that meet business objectivesOpportunity Spotting: Strong ability to uncover new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship buildingConsultative Approach: Confident in guiding clients through the sales process by asking the right questions and positioning valueTarget Driven: Highly motivated by KPIs and revenue goals, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targetsPipeline Management: Expert at managing leads through every stage of the sales funnel to ensure a healthy pipeline and strong conversion ratesClosing Expertise: Knows when and how to confidently close deals and secure commitments from decision-makersPersuasive Communication: Able to present ideas clearly and influence client decisions through compelling pitches and proposalsCustomer-Centric Mindset: Focused on building trust and delivering solutions that ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyaltyResilience & Drive: Tenacious and results-oriented, able to bounce back from objections and keep momentum going
