Description:
- Process high-volume, end-to-end payroll
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with award rates and statutory obligations.
- Prepare and lodge payroll tax, superannuation, and other regulatory payments.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, leave, and entitlements promptly.
- Perform reconciliations of payroll accounts and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance department on month-end processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in payroll management.
- Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Sound understanding of award interpretation, taxation, and superannuation obligations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Conditions:
- $85,000 - $95,000 + super
