Your opportunity
We’re Seeking a Highly Experienced And Proactive Senior Business Analyst To Join The Team. You Will Play a Pivotal Role In Driving Business Improvement And Technology Adoption Across Projects. You’ll Work Closely With Project Managers And Stakeholders To Optimise Systems, Refine Processes, And Ensure Successful User Engagement. You Will Do This By:

• Lead best practice adoption within the Business Analysis Team
• Collaborate on business cases and ROI-focused initiatives
• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and system optimisation
• Develop clear and actionable documentation including user stories and functional specs
• Identify and deliver innovative technology solutions to meet business needs
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple projects
• Provide strategic insights and thought leadership within the IT team
• Continuously improve analysis methodologies and stay ahead of industry trends
  

What You’ll Bring

• Proven ability to deliver robust technology solutions
• 5+ years of hands-on expertise in requirements definition, management, and user acceptance testing
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FinOps) and Customer Engagement (CE)
• Experience in implementing inventory solutions, payments or procurement in Dynamics 365 ideal
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Innovative thinker with a passion for solving problems creatively and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Dedicated to exceptional customer service
• Technically and strategically up-to-date in your domain
