Senior Business Analyst

My client, a large financial services organisation is seeking a SeniorBusiness Analyst to support the analysis and optimisation of business processes across multiple functional areas. The role involves working with stakeholders to define requirements, recommend solutions, and contribute to the implementation of enterprise-wide systems and processes.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a large financial services organisation, particularly with insurance and commercial products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Validate scope and ensure end-to-end acceptance of identified requirements
• Analyse complex problems and recommend solutions aligned with target architecture
• Apply statistical, mathematical, and analytical techniques to interpret high-volume data
• Support testing, training, and user documentation activities

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experience in financial services or insurance
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks or compliance-driven projects
• Experience in business process analysis within finance, insurance, HR, or procurement
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management and organisational transformation practices
• Process and/or project management certification (desirable)
