We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.
Site Manager – Prestons, N.S.W
About The Role –
Toll Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to lead logistics operations and drive excellence across our warehouse site. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering high-quality logistics services to our customers, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities -
As Site Manager, you will:

• Lead the delivery of logistics services for all contracted customers.
• Set performance targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage site profitability and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Maximise warehouse capacity and utilisation.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and develop team capability.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, financial, and operational controls.
• Analyse site P&L and initiate corrective actions where needed.
• Champion a safety-first culture and high-performance ethos.
• Drive succession planning and talent development.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ management experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry.
• Proven track record in managing large warehouse operations.
• Qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence positive change.
