About the Opportunity
Goodwill ProCare is offering you the opportunity to do what you excel at!! We have opportunities in all suburbs across Adelaide & Regional South Australia, and Reporting to the Head of Growth (Executive Director), you will be responsible for driving growth within the business through strong relationship management.
Using your experience as a Business Development Manager, strong established networks and your knowledge of the NDIS and disability sectors, you will focus on attracting new customers, as well as engaging stakeholders within your region. Ongoing operational support and a full suite of cloud-based business management tools to assist you in driving market growth.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and opportunities in the disability sector

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, service providers, and community organizations

Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver high-quality services and programs
-
Develop and manage budgets, reports, and other business development materials
-
Identify key areas for growth within the business and look for new opportunities

Collaborate with Head of Growth (Executive Director) to manage vacancies and new business

Stay updated on industry trends and identify emerging opportunities
Requirements:
The Candidate
-
Have a strong knowledge base of the NDIS and/or Disability care sectors

Strong relationships with stakeholders in the sector
-
Excellent already established referral networks
-
Excellent track record in sales and business development conversions

Be highly driven and motivated
-
Be able to work directly with Executive Director, CEO and COO
-
Ability to build strong relationships with external stakeholders
-
Extensive network of industry contacts
-
Persistence and tenacity to drive growth and problem solver
-
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
-
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the NDIS & disability sector

Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business development strategies

Strong understanding of the disability sector in South Australia, including relevant policies and frameworks
