About the Role

As a Supervisor Chef, you will lead the Production section of our Food Services team, ensuring high standards in food preparation, handling, and presentation. Your trade skills and culinary expertise will be essential in coordinating daily kitchen operations, supporting a team of food service staff, and maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.

In this dynamic leadership role, you’ll also play a key part in menu development, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the service. If you're passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy guiding others, this is an exciting opportunity to shape a quality-focused, customer-centred food service.

About You

You are an experienced and qualified Chef with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food services in a large-scale setting. Your ability to manage teams, maintain standards, and work effectively under pressure will ensure the success of our food service operations.

  • Completed an indentured apprenticeship or equivalent recognised training

  • Proven experience supervising staff in a large commercial kitchen environment

  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills across all levels

  • Demonstrated commitment to food safety, hygiene, quality and customer service

  • Indentured apprenticeship as a cook or recognised training equivalent to this standard
    Must have completed below
    Food Safety Certificate
    Food Allergen Certificate
