Job Title: Junior Billing & Collections Officer – IT & Print Services
Location: North Ryde, Sydney (On-site, Full-time)
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Super (depending on experience)
Reports to: Billing & Collections Manager
About Us Our client is a fast-growing Australian technology and print solutions provider, supporting over 1,200 clients nationwide. They specialise in high-end office printers (e.g. Ricoh) and managed IT services. As we scale towards our ambitious growth targets, we’re looking to expand our finance team with a motivated Junior Billing & Collections Officer.
About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a foundation in accounts receivable or billing, looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will assist in billing, collections, and customer account management, working closely with the Billing & Collections Manager and other internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with generating and issuing accurate customer invoices
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and manage simple debt recovery tasks
  • Help maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records in Xero and CRM systems
  • Support reconciliation of payments and customer accounts
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g. sales, customer service) to resolve billing issues
  • Respond to customer billing enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with preparing AR reports and monitoring account statuses
  • Provide general finance and admin support to the billing team
About You
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance admin
  • Exposure to billing systems such as Xero, MYOB, or other accounting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and basic data entry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Australian Permanent Resident with full working rights
  • Experience in the tech, IT, or print services industries is a bonus but not required
