NLC is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Administration Officer to help drive excellence in our Resources and Energy team.


About the Role:


As the Senior Administration Officer, you will supervise a small team and coordinate daily workflows to deliver timely, accurate, and culturally appropriate administrative services. You’ll work under limited direction to ensure systems and processes align with organisational standards and compliance obligations. This role suits someone who loves to organise meetings and events. The roles also support budgeting, procurement and the development of presentation material (PowerPoint).


What you will Bring:


You’ll bring proven experience in administration and team leadership, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Your ability to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality will be key to your success. A collaborative mindset and commitment to service excellence will make you a valued member of our team.


In addition to this, you will have:



  • Minimum of three (3) years’ high-level administration including at least one (1) year of supervisory experience in all aspects of administrative management, organising and prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced Diploma of Business or similar qualifications or extensive supervisory administration experience.
  • Computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office Suite, record keeping software and finance processing software programs.

We offer:



  • A base salary of $83,099 per annum plus 15% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900 + meal entertainment and holiday accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.
  • Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include:

    • District allowance of up to $4,797 per annum for individuals with dependents and $2,630 without dependents.
    • 5 weeks annual leave , leaving loading, 18 days personal leave;
    • Paid Christmas close down;
    • Upon completion of 12 months of service an Annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $3,177
