* Salary range: $54.44 to $58.30 p.h. (Nurse Grade 6 Band 1
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
* Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
The Clinical Nurse demonstrates expert clinical knowledge and advanced clinical problem-solving skills and is accountable for their own clinical practice.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
* Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
* Nursing: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate.
* Declaration of Serious Discipline Action: Under section 71 of the Public Sector Act 2022 (PSA) an applicant for a role can be required to disclose any previous serious discipline actions taken against them.
* Highly Desirable: Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable.
* Shift Workers: Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster.
* This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
* Probation period may apply.
* Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
