Requirements:
A successful Manager should have:
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in managing financial operations within the public sector or similar environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the role.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
