* Salary range: $132,562 to $143,924 p.a. (Nurse Grade 7)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
* Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
To facilitate and provide nursing leadership, support, clinical supervision and mentoring within the multidisciplinary team and to provide nursing resource, education and research accountabilities and strategic management to facilitate the delivery of high quality, best practice care to clients of the Ayr Health Service.
The CNC provides direct and indirect care as required and works in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager, Nurse Educator and wider heatlh care team.
Requirements:
* Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
* Highly Desirable: Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable. Such experience may be discipline specific or have a service area focus.
* Highly Desirable: Extensive experience in Emergency Department and a current Adult Life Support certificate.
* Adult Life Support certificate: Must obtain and maintain an annual competency in Advanced Life Support as per THHSCLI040151 Life Support Training and Assessment procedure.
* On-call: Appointees may be required to participate in an on-call roster.
* Driver Licence: This position requires the applicant to possess an appropriate license to operate a Class C (car) motor vehicle.
* This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role
