We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer who has a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to ensure a high level of customer service is offered to our members and guests.
This fast-paced role is hands-on and requires a high-level of attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for our guests whilst ensuring compliance with all gaming, membership, AML-CTF and responsible gambling regulations and policies. The Customer Relations Officer is responsible for promoting the Southport Sharks membership and loyalty program and providing exceptional service to our valued guests.
THE RESPONSIBILTIES
- Respond to all guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote the Sharks Access Loyalty Program, educating members on benefits and assisting with membership applications.
- Complete shift reports summarizing key member interactions, compliance issues, and concerns.
- Identify at-risk patrons, monitor their gaming behaviour, and escalate concerns to management.
- Assist with general inquiries, including point accumulation, redemption, tier status updates, and membership queries.
- Assist in conducting promotions and draws as needed.
- Represent Southport Sharks at functions, events, and promotions when required while upholding compliance standards.
- Current QLD RSA/RSG Certification.
- Current CLO certification
- Current National Police Check.
- Experience in gaming operations, customer relations, or membership/loyalty programs.
- Strong understanding of gaming compliance, responsible gambling programs, and AML-CTF monitoring and reporting requirements.
