Description:

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support.
  • Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist with strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial data.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Requirements:

A successful Commercial Finance Business Partner should have:

  • CA / CPA / CFA Qualified
  • Proven capability to partner with Heads of Department and General Managers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset and a focus on achieving business goals.

Conditions:
