About the Centre
Aspire Atherstone is a well-established childcare and kindergarten centre located in the vibrant Atherstone Estate, Strathtulloh. As the sister centre to Aspire Cobblebank, Atherstone is conveniently positioned at the corner of Atherstone Boulevard and Bridge Road, just minutes from Wilton Fields Park, Atherstone Adventure Park, and Strathtulloh Primary School.
Our Atherstone centre is staffed by an experienced team of dedicated and qualified educators, all committed to delivering exceptional early education and care. We pride ourselves on working closely with families to accommodate individual needs and provide personalised support for each child. Our educators bring strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, ensuring every child is given the opportunity to thrive.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and confident Centre Manager to lead our established Atherstone service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and results-driven leader who thrives in a supportive and community-focused environment. Immediate availability to join the team is preferred.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional care and education
Oversee daily centre operations including compliance, enrolments, staffing, and budgets
Build strong, lasting relationships with families, educators, and local community stakeholders
Drive quality improvement and support ongoing professional development of the team
Maintain high standards in line with the National Quality Framework and Aspire’s values

About you
Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children's services
Must have minimum 2 years previous Centre Manager experience
Previous experience in driving change
Ideally will have had experience in setting up and opening a new service
Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
Current Working with Children check, Police Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Safety Supervisor certificate
