Description:
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Utilise generative AI tools in streamlining ideation, production and refinement of content.
- Ensure content is consistent with the brand's voice and messaging.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for content development.
- Assist in the production of multimedia content, including videos and graphics, as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation within the property industry or related fields.
- Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Proficiency in content management systems and marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Confident and articulate in communication.
- Strong Relationship building skills.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management ability.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.
