Description:

The Senior FP&A Manager will be responsible for the following, but not be limited to:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.
  • Dynamic cash flow updates to maintain liquidity
  • Rolling forecasts and scenario planning to anticipate changes
  • Hedging strategies
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems.
  • Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information.
  • Other ad hoc activities

Requirements:

A successful Senior FPA Manager should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA.
  • Experience within energy, utilities (commodities based environment) highly desirable
  • Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
