Description:
The Senior FP&A Manager will be responsible for the following, but not be limited to:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.
- Dynamic cash flow updates to maintain liquidity
- Rolling forecasts and scenario planning to anticipate changes
- Hedging strategies
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Drive improvements in financial processes and systems.
- Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information.
- Other ad hoc activities
Requirements:
A successful Senior FPA Manager should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA.
- Experience within energy, utilities (commodities based environment) highly desirable
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
