Description:
The Senior FP&A Analyst will be involved with the following:
- Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed financial models to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to senior management.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities to drive business improvement.
- Support the implementation of financial systems and tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
A successful Senior FP&A Analyst should have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience dealing with multiple systems including exposure to an ERP
- Advanced excel skills
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling and analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to handle ongoing transformation and change within a growing organisation
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
