Description:
- Support Workday implementation activities including data readiness, integration, testing, and go-live support in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Maintain and optimise current HR systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a great user experience.
- Support the transition from legacy platforms to new HRIS functionality, embedding sustainable processes, training, and documentation.
- Partner with HR and IT to align systems with business needs.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff on system usage.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement system upgrades and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with business needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and change.
Requirements:
- Formal qualifications in HR, IT, Computer Science, Business Admin or related.
- Proven hands on experience with HCM/HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
- Experience supporting system implementations, testing cycles, data reconciliation and cut-over activities.
- Exposure and strong understanding of end to end HR processes and governance.
- Clear technical writing skills: SOP's, quick guides, FAQ's.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability.
